fried venison salami + poached egg

Breakfast around here usually consists of eggs + salad + a meaty/fishy protein. Today wax had the genius idea of frying up some venison salami. The venison from this salami is caught by wax’s dad, he’s into deer hunting. The off cuts from these great beasts are taken to the local salami producer BASECAMP, and turned into a great, long wad of smoky, garlicky meat. I bet you’re salivating. Last time he took 30kgs of meat in and got 30 salami sticks back. They take up a lot of freezer space so we are being very helpful and eating it at every opportunity.

Having salad in the morning is a great way to get your greens fix and paired with a couple of eggs it will might keep those snack attacks at bay.
